A little bit of information about some of the activities that we are currently doing..... and some general information that you may find useful.
 | OLYMPIC BADGE - Updated - 06-Feb-2012 This is a special badge that has been produced for the 2012 Olympics. The girls have all been given the central circle, but they need to work towards the three outer parts. We are planning to do one of the three outer badges each term this year. When you put the circle badge on your daughter's uniform - please remember that there will be future parts to this badge !! (ps The centre circle is an iron-on badge, the outer shapes are sew-on badges) |

 | POLLY Each week a different Brownie is chosen to take Polly (Brownie doll) home. If your daughter has come home with Polly, she needs to write a short paragraph of something that she does with her - and it will be stuck into her diary. The diary will be replicated on "Polly's Diary" on this web site (under "BROWNIE'S PAGES") |
 | SMILEY BEAR Each week a different Brownie is chosen to take Smiley Bear home. If your daughter has come home with Smiley Bear, she needs to smile all week !! :) |
| PLASTIC BOTTLE TOPS We have been collecting these for a long time, and over the years have passed them on to various people who have been collecting them for a charity (usually to help raise funds to buy wheelchairs) Our latest "Source" no longer needs them, and we are on the lookout for a new recipient. If you know of anyone who is collecting, PLEASE let us know. I will continue to store them for this term, after which we will stop this activity.... as there are only so many I can keep storing with no-where for them to go ! |
